Areas of Service
Case Management is a time-limited process by which a skilled helper is partnered with a disaster affected individual or family in order to plan for and achieve realistic goals of recovery.  This comprehensive and holistic approach to recovery extends beyond providing relief, providing a service or meeting urgent needs.
Construction Management is the long-term process of overseeing the repairs or rebuilding of homes in order to ensure each structure is in a safe, sanitary, and secure and functional condition.
Donations Management is the process of requesting, receiving, distributing, accounting, and reporting the need for all donated and purchased goods.
Financial Management is needed to show evidence of accountability and credibility of the recovery efforts, providing opportunities to attract individuals or organizations to contribute cash, materials, or volunteer time.
Volunteer Management provides the necessary management and treatment of volunteers as a valuable resource, including the process in which volunteers are contacted, housed, and utilized.
Spiritual and Emotional Care has an important role in all phases of a disaster, from short -term response through the long-term recovery by assessing and providing the spiritual needs of individuals, families, and communities in order to kindle a capacity for hope and resilience.
Communicationsaccurately captures and shares the story about the recovery progress to inform and identify funders, in-kind donations, and volunteers.  Communication also establishes credibility and accountability that wins the trust of the community we are serving.
